Why I Want To Help You
For years, I lived what I call my PhD in stress.
Emotional, financial, and physical challenges left me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and close to burning out.
Looking back, I’m grateful for those struggles — because they gave me a wake-up call: life is too short to live in quiet desperation. I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s when I began searching for tools that would help me — and others — create stronger, happier relationships and live with more ease.
